Job Title: Automotive Shop Assistant / Driver
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (Garland, TX)
Pay: $36,000/year
Schedule: Monday – Saturday

About the Role

Tritek Window Tint and Paint Protection is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Shop Assistant / Driver to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly—assisting with shop tasks, handling vehicles safely, and supporting our high standards of service. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity for anyone looking to grow within the automotive aftermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
  • Assist with window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) processes as needed.
  • Safely drive vehicles between locations, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Support teammates and handle equipment with care.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and customers.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience with window tinting or PPF is a plus.
  • Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
